Who We Are
The Practice was established in 1997 by Simon Wheatman. Our approach to projects is built on our experience in local government planning departments, before starting in consultancy. As members of the Royal Town Planning Institute, we offer a professional approach to our projects and stand beside you for every step of the process.
We concentrate on our strengths and purely provide planning advice, but if other services are required as part of the project, we have a network of trusted experts from archaeologists, and ecologists to sustainability consultants, and highway engineers whom we can bring in to help with complex cases.
We are experienced in helping clients achieve planning permission from large-scale residential developments to single plots, and also new static and touring caravan sites, extensions to existing sites, to creating large-scale holiday resorts. We offer bespoke solutions tailored to the needs of your project.
